Festivals and special events I am currently involved in are:-

Tommy Fest UK

Four day annual Guitar Festival with Australian guitarist Tommy Emmanuel with special guests, workshops, stalls and an Acoustic Stage for up and coming performers. Previous guests include Martin Taylor, Albert Lee & Hogan’s Heroes, Stephen Bennett, Gareth Pearson, Clive Carroll, Johnny Dickinson, Thom Bresh, Joscho Stephan Trio and many more.

Songwriters Festival

One day event that features workshops, a songwriter’s competition, a showcase stage for new performers, stalls, and an evening concert. This event is sponsored by Running Frog Recording studio that provides the prize of recording time to the winners of the competition.

Latin Weekend

Two day event taking place at the West Wing Arts Centre in Slough featuring dance workshops, children’s activities and live performances with an emphasis on Latin music.

Previous Festivals I have been involved in include:-

Windsor Jazz Festival

A nine day event that ran for 3 years in Windsor at over 20 venues around the town, including outside events marching bands and a Mississippi steamer.  Featuring all styles of Jazz and blues, artists included, Lol Coxhill, Don Weller, Howlin Wilf and the Vee Jays, Don Lusher, Ian Cruickshank’s Gypsy Jazz, King Pleasure & the Biscuit Boys to name a few.

Windsor Guitar Festival

Weekend event featuring concerts, workshops, lectures and stalls that included performances from Stephan Grossman, John Renbourne, Gerald Garcia, Simon Dinigan, Issac Guillory and Michael Messer.

Namaste

A week long Asian arts event featuring Films, Theatre, Music and Dance which included local, national and international performers.

Rock Week

Annual band showcase that ran for 20 years that featured all the best in performers around Berkshire including all styles of music.

Rock Week the Next Generation

Showcase for up and coming bands for under 18 year olds.

Grassroots Festival

Weekend event featuring all styles of music on 3 consecutive stages including Jazz, Blues, Folk, Rock, Experimental and World Music.

Small World Festival

One day event featuring music from all over the world.
